Program Details & Description

Our CrossFit Kids program has kids beginning at age 4 and up to 12, split up by both age and capability.  Our goal is to introduce exercise to children in a fun way and make your child fall in love with it.  Get your kids off the couch and off their devices! 

Kids get a fun introduction to fitness
Classes are broken up by age and ability so all age groups and fitness levels can enjoy
Mix of community and fitness makes for a great extracurricular activity
Start the fitness spark early
