  • How long you’ve been coaching -  I’ve been coaching CrossFit for a little over a year.
  • Favorite movement or workout -  Anything that turns into a mental battle. Where you push to find that line between moving smart or falling into the abyss lol. Where you question your life choices halfway through but feel amazing after.
  • ⁠⁠A fun fact about yourself -I’m a Marine Corps veteran, full-time student, husband, girl dad, and lover of all styles of music.
  • Your go-to hype song -     “The Summoning” by Sleep Token.
  • What athletes can expect in your class   Expect energy, a positive environment, and cues that will help you visualize and understand movements better. I’ll push you, but I’m also big on scaling smart and making sure you get the right stimulus for the day. My goal is for you to leave class feeling safe, strong, accomplished, and 1% better every day!
  • Least favorite movement- Overhead squats.
  • Favorite cheat meal -  Honey BBQ Wings, fries, with a cold one on the side.
