  • What Can I Expect in a Typical Class?

    Classes are usually about 60 minutes and include a warm‑up, a workout of the day (WOD), and a cool‑down. Certified coaches lead every session, explain movements, and offer technique guidance throughout. 

  • How Often Should I Train to See Results?

    For most beginners, 3–4 classes per week is a great starting point to build consistency and see improvements. For advanced athletes, 5-6 times a week is recommended.
